Frequently asked questions
It is easier to get bugs and bird droppings off the vehicle when you wash
frequently. The longer the vehicle is exposed to the sun, the more difficult it is to
remove bugs and bird droppings. The bug remover pretreatment we use at the
beginning of each wash helps to break down and remove these items but may
require more work to get them completely removed.
As with any subscription, a form of payment is needed to join. This payment
method will be automatically billed monthly during the length of your
membership, based on the date in which you join. It is your responsibility to
ensure that this payment method is valid to eliminate any service disruption. If
at anytime you need to update your payment method and need assistance,
please contact the manager on duty.
We understand that this might seem silly, but we do this for good reason. We
know people can get busy and accidentally forget that something was placed in
the truck bed. We have to check each truck bed to ensure that there is nothing
that could potentially damage our equipment, your vehicle or possibly even the
vehicle behind you. We want all vehicles to exit our carwash cleaner than when
they arrived.
All truck beds must be clean when going through the carwash tunnel to prevent
damage to your vehicle and the vehicles behind you. Items like nails and rocks
can get caught in the soft-cloth curtains and scratch your vehicle or the vehicles
behind you. Any debris in truck beds can be blown out, or lifted from the truck
bed and blown onto vehicles behind you which again, can cause damage.
Turning the dryers off may seem like a simple solution, however it can be costly
for us to power on and off the dryers in an effort to try to prevent damage. As a
small town, local business, we are already doing everything we can to help keep
our prices affordable for all our customers. We appreciate your understanding!
We certainly do! Having a fleet account is a great way to keep all your business
vehicles shining like new, with one easy monthly payment. Fleet accounts are
only billed for services used and not a monthly base fee. Please contact the
manager onsite with the following information to get started: Your business
name, how many fleet cards you will need, primary contact information, billing
address & phone number, and whether or not you would like private pin
numbers assigned to each card to prevent unauthorized usage (this is not
required, but available if needed).
Cameras are installed to capture the image of your rear license plate to identify
you at the pay station. Obviously, there are some things to keep in mind, to help
make the process as efficient as possible: 1)frames and license plate covers: some
frames can block part of the characters on your license plate and some covers
are dark, which can make it difficult to view by the cameras. Removing these
items, or switching to a frame/cover where your entire plate is clearly visible will
help keep the lines moving at the pay station; 2) scratches or faded plates: if
your license plate is damaged, has scratches or is faded, the camera may have
difficulty recognizing your plates; 3) excessive mud, dirt or snow: NO excessive
mud will be allowed inside the express tunnel because it slows down our entire
process and limits our abilities to continue “express” service to other customers.
To remedy this, we ask that you go through the self-serve bays to rinse off and
remove excessive mud, dirt or snow prior to going through the pay stations for
the express tunnel so that the LPR system can easily view your license plates, this
will allow us to continue to service all of our customers quickly.
