Wash Club Terms & Conditions 

 

BY USING THIS WEBSITE IN ANY CAPACITY YOU CONSET TO ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN:

  • By purchasing a Wash Club Membership with Fritz’s, you are signing up for a monthly subscription service that grants you unlimited washes in the express tunnel of Fritz’s Auto Spa, LLC for the month in which said membership/subscription was purchased. The monthly Wash Club Subscription allows you to select a wash package of your choice for a fixed monthly price. (These membership/subscriptions may be referred to as: Monthly Memberships, Wash Club Monthly Plans, Wash Club Subscriptions, Wash Club Memberships, or Wash Club)​​

  • The Wash Club Subscription requires a credit card to get started.  An automatic reoccurring monthly payment will then process each month on the date in which you enrolled. You are responsible to ensure that the payment method you use for the subscription stays up-to-date to eliminate any service interruptions.

  • Wash Club Memberships can be canceled at any time, although doing so prior to your renewal date will prevent the upcoming automatic withdraw.  When you cancel your membership, the subscription will finish out the current billing period which will allow you to wash your car throughout the remainder of that billing period. Wash Club Memberships will not be canceled over the phone.   However, should you have questions about cancelling your membership, visit the manager on duty or contact us for further information.

  • Pricing for all wash options is posted onsite at the express tunnel pay stations.  All prices for individual washes as well as Wash Club Memberships are subject to change.
     

  • Wash Club Membership subscriptions are only valid for washes inside the express tunnel and are not redeemable for services inside the self-serve bays.  Self-serve bays are pay-as-you-go, with the ability to accept cash or credit cards.
     

  • Fritz’s Auto Spa uses License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology to identify vehicles and activate the wash club services upon your arrival.  By joining the Wash Club Membership you understand and agree to allow Fritz’s Auto Spa and its personnel to utilize this technology to recognize and log your license plate number in order to continue to service your vehicle.  Fritz’s Auto Spa makes every effort to adhere to and comply with all regulated, State, Federal and local laws.  By participating in a Wash Club Membership you agree to hold Fritz’s Auto Spa, LLC harmless from any claims that its use of LPR technology violates any applicable laws or regulations. NOTE: These cameras are designed to capture images from your rear license plate only.  If you do not have a rear license plate, you will need to have one added to your vehicle in order for this process to work.  The cameras are stationed to view the back end of your vehicle while you are stopped at the entrance gates, therefore these cameras will not be able to see your front plate.
     

  • You are responsible to ensure that your vehicle is safe and in acceptable condition to be washed inside the express tunnel.  We have guidelines posted onsite to help you with this decision.  If you are unsure, you should speak to the manager on duty prior to entering the express tunnel for services.  You are in complete control of your vehicle however, it is your responsibility to follow all hand gestures given by Fritz’s Auto Spa personnel, as well as any other verbal and written instructions when entering the express tunnel, for the safety of you, your car, our equipment and the employees guiding you onto the conveyor.  Fritz’s Auto Spa, LLC is not responsible damages resulting from failure to comply with loading instructions. Furthermore, purchasing a Wash Club membership does NOT grant you the liberty to obstruct the rules posted onsite nor the authority of our management/employees. If your vehicle isn't allowed in the tunnel for some reason, purchasing a Wash Club Membership will not change this verdict. Fritz's Auto Spa LLC employees retain the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, irrespective of whether or not that person has purchased a Wash Club Membership.
     

  • Although our wash is incredibly safe, we are not responsible for:

    • Windshield Wipers (front or back)

    • Antennas or Side Mirrors

    • Vehicle Badging or Emblems

    • Wheel Covers or Center Caps

    • Collisions Due to Braking or Driving in Tunnel

    • Moonroofs, Sunroofs, Glass or Bug shields

    • Loose or Broken Parts

    • Loose Chrome

    • Luggage Racks

    • Glued Spoilers

    • Vehicle Molding

    • Existing Body Damage/Scratches

    • Any Non-Factory Installed Items

    • Damage caused by entering carwash without guidance or not following our instructions when loading onto the conveyor
       

  • Fritz’s Auto Spa may need to close during normal business hours.  Although we make every effort to avoid being closed during normal business hours, there are some instances where this might be necessary.  For example, during major holidays, inclement weather or for equipment maintenance or repairs.  While we intend to minimize these types of service disruptions, please know that these are not reimbursed.

    • (Note: we will have snow removal done onsite before opening the wash during the winter months in an effort to keep our property as clean as possible).

REFUND POLICY

​

  • Wash Club Membership holders will not be reimbursed for lack of use or for any services not used. If a Wash Club Membership has been purchased, unlimited washes (subject to operating hours and the needs of other customers) are paid-in-full for that particular month. All sales are final.
